BCHEESE
Bcheese, the result of the dynamic collaboration between two ambitious brothers, Florin and George Borșaru, started its culinary adventure in August 2020, during the pandemic, when the hospitality industry was struggling, in transition to the online environment.
George had experience in online sales, while Florin had previously worked as a chef. Intuition led them to the American Mac’n’Cheese, which they saw as a niche product in the Romanian restaurant market.
The business has gone through changes in both physical space and products. With the support of a HoReCa accelerator, Bcheese has strengthened its future direction, looking to raise Mac'n'Cheese to new heights. From here, the company has progressed from introducing the country's first Mac’n’Cheese food truck to establishing the first restaurant dedicated exclusively to this dish.
The desire to improve was at the basis of the Borșaru brothers' activity. Starting with their personal preferences, and then researching recipes and experimenting with different ingredients, the two sought to adapt Mac'n'Cheese to the tastes of the people who pass through their restaurant's doors.
Appreciating negative feedback as an avenue for growth and encouraging an environment of open communication between employees and customers, Bcheese places significant emphasis on creating warm and friendly interactions with its visitors.
Looking ahead and aspiring to create a franchise, Florin and George Borșaru plan to expand their presence by setting up additional locations, targeting key cities in Romania. With the opening of new restaurants, Bcheese is preparing a future rich in flavours, smiles and culinary surprises.
